In January, ThinBlueLineCareers will launch a candidate portal, allowing recruiters to actively search for potential candidates. We are now inviting candidates who are interested in either starting a career in law enforcement or looking for career opportunities at other agencies, to create a candidate profile.

Click the Get Started button below to join ThinBlueLineCareers and create your Candidate Profile. A few important notes:

Your last name, email address and current agency (if applicable) will NOT be visible to recruiters. Recruiters will be able to contact you through our system but will not see your actual email address.

We don't display your last name to recruiters so candidates who are currently employed by another agency feel more comfortable posting that they are open to careers at other agencies.

Profiles won't be visible until we launch this feature in January (2025).
